The Roadless Rule has prevented the construction of roads through critical areas of our National Forests for years. These extensive forests are life support systems that protect our drinking water, shelter irreplaceable wildlife, reduce wildfire risk, and absorb dangerous climate pollution.
But under the Trump administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has recently announced it’s seeking to RESCIND the Roadless Rule – which could SEND CHAINSAWS into precious forests and PAVE OVER critical wildlife habitat.
At Friends of the Earth Action, we don’t think wildlife, people, and our planet should pay the price for corporate greed. But before we can make meaningful change, fight Trump, and help protect our forests, we need to know you’re with us. That’s why we urgently need 2,738 more activists to take action now.
