Tell your legislators: Deny Suncor’s Clean Air Act permits!

Despite its efforts to brand itself as a “good neighbor,” the Suncor tar sands refinery in Commerce City has repeatedly violated air pollution standards. The facility has caused bursts of toxic yellow pollution and an ash-like substance to rain down on the community nearby.

Suncor is not a good neighbor. And right now, you have the chance to stop it from poisoning our communities for good. The refinery’s permits are up for review, and if these permits are denied, the facility won’t be able to operate. Will you send a message to your legislator and demand they kick Suncor out of Commerce City for good?

Tell your legislators to deny Suncor’s permits and stop the refinery’s operations for good!
