Stop trophy hunters from wiping out wolf populations!

As winter wolf hunts start up again, wolves could be subjected to CRUEL hunting tactics. They could be DYNAMITED in their dens and it’s COMPLETELY LEGAL.

This inhumane treatment can’t go on. Our best defense for vulnerable wolves is the Endangered Species Act. Will you demand the Fish and Wildlife Service protect wolves by adding your name to our petition by midnight?

To the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,

I am writing to urge you to end the Trump administration's policy of allowing hunters to enter vulnerable animals' dens and kill wolf pups, bear cubs and other innocent animals. This rule is especially egregious because the hunting is permitted in wildlife preserves – the very places wildlife should be protected. There is no reason for vulnerable animals to be hunted in their dens and baited with bacon grease or donuts, and there is no reason for hunters to shoot swimming caribou or target animals from the air – all of which the Trump administration chose to allow but which you can overturn.

This is a bipartisan call for change: 79 members of Congress urged the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to retain wildlife protections in Alaska, but the Trump administration steamrolled ahead as a handout to trophy hunters. You have the power to stop these killings, defend wildlife and protect vital species before we lose them for good. Please do your part to end the cruelty.
