Stand up to Big Oil and stop the attacks on democracy!

Right now, the fossil fuel industry has more influence in our political system than people like you. Big Oil can legally pour money into campaign contributions to ensure our elected officials protect their interests. Meanwhile, the GOP is working overtime to make sure your voice matters less and less.

Our Earth is in crisis. The majority of Americans support strong climate action. But the political system is stacked against us. We need your help to change that.

Dear Member of Congress,

With states across the country working to pass bills that attack our freedom to vote, we need national standards to ensure that we all have equal access to the ballot.

That's why I support the Freedom to Vote Act, which would realize the promise of our democracy by guaranteeing safe and accessible elections for all and that congressional districts are drawn to give fair representation for all.

The Freedom to Vote Act is wildly popular. 7 in 10 Americans across the political spectrum overwhelmingly support the For the People Act, including Americans living in rural, urban, and suburban communities – voters all support this necessary legislation to guarantee Americans have a say in the issues that impact our lives.

Additionally, I urge you to work to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to address dark money in politics. Together, these two bills would build a more just, fair, and inclusive democratic society.

As your constituent, I'm asking you do everything in your power to pass these bills as an urgent priority.
