Tell the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to stop trophy hunters from BRUTALLY KILLNG bears!

The winter season is already a highly vulnerable time for bears — which makes HELPLESS animals the PERFECT TARGET for trophy hunters who will sneak up on sleeping bear families in their dens or lure them out with bait while they are desperate for food.

Bears are simply trying to SURVIVE the harsh winters and withstand the frigid temperatures and lack of food. Savagely murdering them while they are at their most vulnerable is CRUEL and INHUMANE.

As the bear population in the U.S. continues to drop, these endangered species are nearing extinction due to careless and brutal OVERHUNTING.

We MUST demand federal protection against the savage hunting practices that are destroying the bear population before it’s too late and these beloved animals are EXTINCT.

Dear U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services,

Every year, thousands of bears suffer unnecessary killings due to brutal hunting practices. 
 
During hunting season, bears are already vulnerable in the wild. They need ample warmth, shelter, and food to survive the long winter. Nursing mama bears and their cubs are especially at risk because the mothers must also provide and care for their helpless babies who cannot fend for themselves. 
 
When bears go into their dens for hibernation, they are seeking safety and security from nature’s elements. It is magnificent that these animals have learned to adapt to the wilderness — but it’s cruel and inhumane that their biggest threat is actually mankind.  
 
Trophy hunters are legally permitted to kill these innocent bears senselessly without purpose or consequence.  
 
Your organization is designated to conserve and protect wildlife and their habitats. So I am calling on you today to take immediate action to defend these vulnerable animals from cruel hunting tactics. The American people and our environment is relying on you to do the right thing and establish necessary policies that restrict and prohibit inhumane hunting practices.
