Cappuccino and Marina, two orcas from the dwindling Southern Resident orca pods, died last year. For years, the Southern Resident orca community has been losing babies due to pollution and lack of food. After a few healthy calves are finally born, fossil fuel companies are again threatening to wipe out all progress and drive the species to extinction.
Dirty energy projects like the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion can only proceed because insurance companies like Chubb are backing them up. If Chubb stops insuring them, Big Oil won’t be able to construct them. We need your help convincing Chubb to stop insuring fossil fuels.
