Tell the Biden Administration NOT to REMOVE federal protections for gray wolves!

CHOKED TO DEATH in snares. RAN OVER by snowmobiles. DYNAMITED in their den while nursing their pups. Vulnerable gray wolves in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming are facing some of the most brutal, inhumane hunting practices we’ve seen.

Yet ruthless trophy hunters are actively fighting AGAINST PROTECTIONS for these precious mammals! How long will we let ruthless trophy hunters brutalize America’s iconic wildlife?

The Biden Administration has gone so far as to file an appeal that could REMOVE KEY PROTECTIONS for wolves! We can’t let this happen -- this holiday season, you can give the gift of your voice by ACTING NOW to STOP the Biden Administration from endangering helpless wolves even further!

Dear President Biden,

Last year, it was announced that gray wolves would once again be protected as endangered species in most of the country. However, these safeguards do not apply to gray wolves’ critical native range in the Northern Rocky States of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

These states permit some of the most barbaric trophy hunting practices. Idaho has removed the limit to the number of wolves that can be murdered by a single person and allows private contractors to financially sponsor mass wolf killings. Montana has recently authorized wolf snaring — an inhumane method of torture that traps and chokes innocent wolves, making them suffer before their deaths — and the state just lengthened its trapping and snaring season.

Last season, over 270 wolves have been killed in Montana, with another 300 wolf deaths in Idaho. These iconic canines have seen the worst persecution in OVER A CENTURY, so I’m calling on you to instate an emergency relisting of Northern Rockies gray wolves under the Endangered Species Act.

Gray wolves are an iconic symbol of American wilderness, and they are culturally significant to the local tribal communities of the Northern Rockies. Not only that, but they also serve a critical role in our entire ecosystem.

If we are going to restore and preserve this treasured species, we MUST relist them in these states where they are NOT protected.

Additionally, it has come to my attention that your administration is planning to actually REVERSE the existing federal court protections passed earlier this year. I sincerely urge you not to do so because these vulnerable wolves will not stand a chance at survival against cruel trophy hunters.
