SIGN NOW: Protect organic agriculture and farm animals from inhumane treatment!

In 2017, a critical animal welfare rule that would increase federal regulation of organic livestock was OVERTURNED. The Organic Livestock and Poultry Standards rule (OLPS) would enforce high standards for ALL organic farms, such providing animals with real outdoor access, ample space to move around, and even protection from unnecessary physical alterations.

While most organic farmers already meet these standards, this animal welfare rule would provide peace of mind for consumers by guaranteeing that Big Ag can’t find loopholes in the standard and that all farms that use the organic label are held to the highest standards.

But the USDA is dragging its feet on enacting the OLPS.

We must SAVE innocent animals from suffering abusive treatment at the hands of Big Ag -- and we urgently need more signatures from activists like you to apply strong public pressure to the USDA. Please take action now!

Tell USDA secretary Tom Vilsack to support the true solution: organic farming! >>
