Sign the petition urging Democratic leaders to do everything in their power to OPPOSE bills that would let Donald Trump shut down nonprofits like Friends of the Earth!

This is an existential fight. Bills like H.R. 9495 would give Trump’s Treasury Secretary unilateral power to revoke nonprofit status for organizations like Friends of the Earth.

The bill has already passed the House, and in the New Year, Republicans will have control of the Senate and White House too!

If we fail, Donald Trump will have the power to directly target groups like Friends of the Earth. Since we fought against Trump’s attacks on our communities and the planet during his last term, we very well could be in the crosshairs.
